through, thought, though

through, thought, though这三个单词拼写相近，同学们很容易将他们混淆。

首先，从读音上区分开来。这三个单词中的gh都不发音。但through这个单词中有一个字母r发音，thought这个单词中的t也是另外两个单词没有的。though这个单词中的th发音与前两词不一样。

• through 通过；透过

The sunshine and the wind both get in the room through the broken window. 

Go through that tunnel and you will get to the small village. 

• thought 是think的过去式。也可作为名词“思想” 

I thought you would come today. 

That's what I thought two years ago. 

• though "虽然；不过" 

He wasn't late for school though he got up later than usual. 

He arrived a little bit late. That didn't annoy his teacher, though.
